but also giving a human touch to the Spa’s architecture.

Deep Nature’s construction phases

  • Architectural design and Spa construction: Project initiation document, specifications and technical plans, construction project management or/and quality control.
  • Spa pre-opening: operational supplies and material requirements, select and implement management tools and software systems, organise procedures, define standards and operational manuals, create and set up marketing tools, website, and reporting systems, establish the marketing and sales plan, staff recruitment, organisational chart, job descriptions, organise staff training.

  • Our flexible management models can be operated under the Deep Nature brand name or using a prestigious cosmetic brand. Rented Business Management: Deep Nature runs the Spa.
  • As an operator, we provide and manage the staff. Simplified Business Management: The owner keeps is in charge of staff management at administrative and financial levels. Deep Nature has is in charge of turnover development and supports management at a functional level.
  • The turnaround or creation of the business fund and associated commercial lease
