Double Mineral Scrub

Deep Nature has selected volcanic sand with regular, complementary particles to create a mineral scrub that purifies with finesse.

Lava powder, or volcanic rhyolite, is a naturally-occurring cosmetic ingredient extracted from the rocks of volcanically active areas. Thanks to its gentle exfoliating properties, it eliminates dead cells and encourages cell renewal. Rich in minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium and iron, lava powder nourishes and strengthens the skin. Its benefits are remarkable for people looking for healthier, more radiant skin.

Brittany, its reefs and swells have yet to reveal all their secrets. In the Iroise Sea off the coast, the seas often break and storms are more violent than elsewhere. The seaweed found in these stormy waters has developed extraordinary self-defence and reconstruction abilities thanks to its fucoidan, a molecule that stimulates cell metabolism. For its skincare range, Deep Nature has chosen a hydrolysed extract of seaweed with strong repairing and regenerating properties.

For a full-body scrub: mix twice as much water as powder in a clean container or in the Do It Yourself Kit. Apply the mixture using wide, circular movements, then rinse with warm water and dry without rubbing. When the skin is dry, gently massage the area with a moisturising body cream.

For an intensive body scrub targeted at rough areas or ingrown hairs: mix an equal quantity of water and powder in a clean container until you obtain a dense gel.

For a facial scrub: Once or twice a week, mix 2 spoonfuls of powder, 1 spoonful of water and 1 spoonful of the Deep Nature Face Oil of your choice. Apply the mixture using light, circular movements, avoiding the eye and lip areas, then rinse with warm water and dry without rubbing. When the skin is dry, moisturise with a suitable cream.
